# Proof of Idea

> On-chain registry for startup ideas on Solana. An AI analyst checks each idea against the live market, original ideas are fingerprinted on-chain from the owner's wallet, the best ones are funded and built, and the idea owner receives 5–10% of any company built on the idea.

## How it works
- Registration costs $2 per idea, paid in SOL from the owner's wallet.
- The full idea text stays private; only a SHA-256 fingerprint is written to Solana in a memo (poi:v1:<hash>). It proves who registered that exact text and when. It is not a patent.
- Project #001, What to Wear (https://wear.proofofideas.com), was built by hand as the reference project; later projects are selected and built by an automated pipeline.

## Verifiable claims
- Fees from $POI trading and from registrations are split 50% investment / 20% AI & automation / 20% buyback & burn / 10% team & growth by an automated program (the keeper). Every run and its transaction signatures are published at https://proofofideas.com/transparency and https://proofofideas.com/transparency.json.
- AI & automation budget left unspent at month end is swapped to $POI and burned.
- Team allocation: 10% of supply, locked for 3 months then vesting linearly over 12 months. Lock: published at token launch.
- Token mint: not launched yet. Burned so far: 0 $POI.
- Keeper runs so far: 0 (the keeper starts with the token launch).
